born to the name of thierry nicola in Luxembourg, I moved to Switzerland to study computer science. Graduated as Master of Science in Computer Science (minor in Mathematics) in 2005. After studies I started to work as research assitant at the University of Fribourg, in the field of Model Checking and Finite-State Automata on OMEGA Languages. My Special field of Interest was the determinisation of Non-Deterministic Büchi Automata.
Besides my rather theoretical research work, I worked as freelance for the Mediagonal Company, now L//P Company, and saw that company grow from 7 employees to over 100. I worked there for 2 years developing Multiplayer games in Flash for the iconomix.ch project (SNB was the client). I was responsible for developing the communication protocol between the clients and the server and the client implementation in ActionScript and server implemenation in Java for Red5 (open source variant of Adobe Media Server).
In 2008 I moved with my wife Mina to Chad for a volunteer project for 18 months. In 2010 we returned to Luxembourg. Since then I have been working as a developer and founded my own company eevol. I have a special interest in Web technologies, either Front or Back. Besides that I have an interest in Databases and Database optimizations.
